7. Where do you ship from?
Orders ship directly from our suppliers in the US and China. To keep costs low, suppliers often have multiple warehouses, so sometimes orders might ship from multiple locations. Orders with multiple items will usually ship each item separately.
For example, if you order some leggings and a top, the leggings might ship from one warehouse in China and the top might ship from another warehouse in the US, even though they were part of the same order.
8. When will I get my order?
Average shipping time, after order processing, is 12-20 days. Holidays, customs, and seasonal factors can cause delays that result in orders arriving later than 30 days after processing. If you order something for a holiday or birthday, it's best to order 30 days prior. We cannot be responsible for delays. The customer is responsible for paying any applicable customs taxes.
9. Help! I want to cancel my order.
If you made a mistake in your order and want to cancel it, please contact us AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. If the order has not begun processing (usually within an hour of placing the order), we'll do our best to cancel it and give you a full refund. 10. Returns and exchanges?
Sorry! 90% of the time, we cannot do returns or exchanges. Sometimes, we can, but it's rare. To make sure everything with your order goes smoothly, please check the size charts for each item. We work with a number of different international fashion companies and sizing can vary between different suppliers.
11. Something's wrong with my order.
If something is wrong, please let us know! If your order never arrive3, we can give you a full refund. If your order is wrong or defective, send us photos and order info within 24 hours of receiving your order, and we'll work to give you a full refund.
12. Missing orders?
99% of the time, items ship separately and some items arrive earlier than others.
